SKINS Refund Policy
We want you to love your skincare products, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can
help:
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns for damaged items only accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for hygiene reasons.
Opened skincare products cannot be returned due to health and safety standards.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items are final sale.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10
business days.
Exchanges:
Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no extra cost. Please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or
wrong.
