SKINS Refund Policy
We want you to love your skincare products, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can
help:
Eligibility for Returns:
 Returns for damaged items only accepted within 14 days of delivery.
 Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for hygiene reasons.
 Opened skincare products cannot be returned due to health and safety standards.
Non-Returnable Items:
 Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items are final sale.
Refunds:
 Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
 Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10
business days.
Exchanges:

 Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no extra cost. Please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Return Shipping:
 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or
wrong.
